Steps For Result Checking

students/Parents can check results on our school website using the following steps:

• Visit our website: www.gssheirayfield.com.ng
• Go to the Menu on top and click on ‘PORTAL’
• If you have registered before and set your password, then use the two empty boxes and enter your ward’s/student’s enrollment number and password in the respective box or field. Note, the enrollment number for example is in this format gssh/2019/131. If your ward did not pass his/her enrollment no. to u, call the school to get it.
• Then click on ‘SIGN IN’ to login.
• If you forgot your password, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ located below Sign In button to reset your password.
• Click on ‘CHECK SUMMARY RESULT’ to check the summary result for 1st, 2nd & 3rd term.
• You can also check termly result by clicking on ‘CHECK TERMLY RESULT’

• If you have not register on the portal before to set your password, then after clicking on ‘PORTAL’, then click on the blue ‘REGISTER’ button to register and set your password using your ward’s enrollment number.
• Provide the necessary information and submit. The system will take you to where you can click on ‘CHECK SUMMARY RESULT’ and ‘CHECK TERMLY RESULT’. Use the buttons to check results.
